Factory Direct

I will never buy anything expensive there again. Bought a laptop and had to return it because it was constantly freezing. Now I'm stuck with a gift card because they don't return your money. Also when I went in to buy something else with that gift card, I stood at the cash for several minutes and no one came. There was an employee opening boxes right behind me and he could not be bothered to let the cashier know I was there waiting. So I just walked out. The cashier was outside having a smoke. Not impressed.

Always a helping hand and friendly smile! I have shopped at this location several times and whether it was to buy, exchange or just browse, the staff has always been exceptionally kind and eager to assist. It is always my first stop when I am shopping for that special item or just want to look around. I always recommend my family and friends to try Factory Direct first before shopping around.

Good prices and an actually help staff. Which is saying something, because they generally have an above average customer demand per employee then other stores like it. As well they're good with returns

Found exactly what I went there for. Researched on the website first and they even let me take things out of their packaging to try them out.
