Excellent customer service beyond my expectation! I was referred to them from my photography brother who had upgraded and transferred pictures. Both Adam and Jeff took the time to take me through all the questions needed to build a computer system tailored to my information usage - better than a generic big store buy. I actually had a chance to share in the building of the system which helped me understand the system. I have more warranties and avenues for immediate repair through Cyberdyne compared to a big store with a jammed counter. As a Senior with limited computer language, they were careful listeners and made sure we were on the same page. Much appreciated. I was so lucky to find a place that had experience with Ancestry's Family Tree Maker 2017.1 program. Transferring my 30 years worth of family history was a crucial issue for me and they took the time to download a new Ancestry program and transfer all the information over for me. I was able to sit with Adam to see my main viewing page with all my favorite icon/pathways installed for me. Adam made sure I understood how the system worked, giving me hands on time, before releasing me from the store. I am up and running. Love the big screen and quieter system. I have been invited back if I need any future help understanding the programs. Well done!

Always go to Cyberdyne Systems for all my computer needs !! From the warm welcome with Andew at the counter to Adam's expertise and professionalism. They are fair and honest guys to deal with. Don't go to those big box stores, you don't know what you're getting and they'll just talk circles around you. The only place I'll shop.

Very pleased with the effort to fix a nagging problem. Adam persisted and all is good. A tune up and additional apps were supplied. Very good value and time was taken for explanations - thank you.

my wife (Janis ) and I have bought 5 computers from cyberdyne over the years . wouldn't go anywhere else. Good service . Nice people. Always helpful .

As an Apple computer user, I was in need of some aid but could only fix my issue with a Windows machine. On a shot, I thought I would try Cyberdyne Systems after being turned down or not getting anywhere for help by other computer service/equipment shops in the Niagara region. E-mailing Adam, I explained my situation, he told me to come by and would see what they can do. Meeting Jeff, when I arrived at the store, was a welcoming experience. He was so very friendly and helpful, yet very interested with my needed assistance. After he had assembled a machine to help my issue, I, with him guided him to the help that I needed as this was something new for him. After we had finished I was very pleased with the work and professionalism both by Adam and Jeff. For the help and the time, they charged me a very great price! More computer service/equipment shops look to these guys and how to run businesses! Thank you for listening Adam! Thank you for being patient Jeff, man!
