Previously with Ensign, sold API. Very unhappy with API service on all levels. Force came in and upgraded my system from telephone hardwire monitoring to a modern system at a reasonable cost. Excellent technical support and the installation was seamless. I'm happy with everything, especially the service. New system, everything is WiFi, and smartphone based. Can monitor status, and arm and disarm from phone. Local company. Would recommend.
We are very pleased with the service that Force Security provides. The technicians are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We recently purchased a new home. Even though Force was not the initial installer of our security system, they provided us with excellent service by upgrading our security system. Finally bought our first home and Force Security came highly recommended. Mark was very helpful. He gave us some great advice and direction as to what kind of coverage we may need. The installers were incredibly polite, professional and efficient. I have highly recommended Force Security to all my friends and family.
I can’t say enough about Force Security and especially Mark Kaine. I’ve used there security company for 15-16 years since our last break in and they’ve been prompt and very professional for any service calls. I’ve recommended them to several of my clients over the years and have heard nothing but praise. We were just broken into again last week and the monitoring couldn’t get a hold of us cause we were mid flight. The siren was cut but the thief but sensors still worked. Long story short, my son was home and Mark showed up right away to fix siren and check the system to make sure all was working. Just the peace of mind we had knowing Mark fixed amd checked everything is beyond words. Keep up the great work Mark and crew of Force Security.

We use this company for our business and home. We found them very informative Professional and helpful with designs in different areas of both business and home. I have had nothing but a extremely good experience with this company. I needed a system as my old one had decided to pack it in different company. I called early in the morning and hours later the owner was at my place . He fully explained costs and products and was not pushy . I agreed to have them install a new system after considering all my options. With in hours they had a technician here to install it. . He was very professional and tidy. The very next day the owner followed up with me on everything. That is great service !
Great customer service and quick turn around for service calls. Would definitely recommend for home security needs.
