Very slow. I've waited for over an hour on a list that wasn't even followed. Very good idea to have 3 people working on weekend when you know the mall will be full and and 5 when the mall is empty.

I've always had a decently good service but this evening I was served by a tall guy named Matt, I think his name tag indicated - incredible service! Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient despite the stressful lineup accumulating at rush hour.
