Leon's Furniture

Well, I ordered almost everything from their shop. They don't keep their words. They said 3 weeks to get tables delivered to my place. After 7 weeks i picked them up from their warehouse. They delivered a sofa with torn dust cover, scratch on bed headboard and they damaged the paint on the wall while moving stuff. They gave me 75 dollar credit! They sent a 3rd party vendor to have the dust cover covered by another fabric instead of changing the sofa.

Staff was ok when buying but then had trouble with delivery driver ( calling my wife a liar ) driver was careless putting bed together broke somethings. parts had to be reordered went in to tell them about what had happen told me they would call me back to let me know what was going to happen when replacement parts came in they sent the same driver who was Ignorant upon the second delivery. Still haven’t got a call back from them. Update they finally got back thanks to this review but I have decided to just chalk it up to a bad experience and no longer deal with Leon’s

The staff were always asking if we needed help and always so kind. Very easy to talk to and make you feel welcome.

on march 10 we bought a sizeable amount of furniture for our new home and was told that we would be waiting 4-5 weeks on the sofa we had selected but would have everything else delivered. Well, the first delivery showed up with the bedroom set ( minus the mattresses, pillows, etc that we were told would be delivered. it was approximately a week and a half before they got around to delivering that) The sofa we were supposed to wait 4-5 weeks for....I called about a week before the end of april to verify and was told that it would be there "at the end of the month". I called today (may 2) to see where my couch was, and I get told its only going to be in "sometime at the end of may". Obviously frustrated, I asked to speak to the manager and all I got was the apologies and excuses you would expect but nothing to fix the error. Quite literally all he would do is "talk to the associate about it". So here I am....at least until the end of may without a sofa that was paid for on march 10. I honestly think that at the end of the month of may I'll be given the same runaround that I'm getting used to from this establishment. Don't touch these turkeys unless you like being lied to and brushed off when you call them out on it. I'd give less than 1 star if I could.
