Phone lines are never on and when they are on no one ever answers. Google shows that at this time, which is around 1:00 p.m., they are "not too busy" but they have their phone line forwarded directly to their voicemail. Great service ..........

Employees only want you to buy something so they can get commission. Will not help after sale customers.

Gentleman called Alex provided great service. Samsung phone was repaired under warranty at Atlantic Cell Repair where they caused more problems than they fixed. Alex stayed passed his shift to help fix the issues that someone else caused and that is outstanding service. Thank you

I was served by an employee named Alex here and what a gentleman. He was friendly , courteous, helpful, patient and even helped me save money! He's the best.

We were dupped into getting a 3 product bundle by being offered no INSTALL fee or ACTIVATION fees. Everything went well until we were received the first bill. Now we are being given the run around. There is ALWAYS something. Our first bill which isn't even a full month of service was 250$.
