Great experience with jump plus. They went above and beyond! The sales team was helpful and the manger was approachable and knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service, staff do not care what you have to say and do not want to help. Waiting time is awful and when asked to speak to a manager was told "were all equal here".

The ethernet connection on my mac stopped working. After speaking with apple they told me the easiest way to resolve the problem was to take it in to Jump Plus in Dieppe. Apple told me that even though we are 36 days out of warranty, they would cover it. When I called jump plus they told me they would charge me $60 just to look at it regardless of what apple has told me. Fortunately my WiFi works. Screw you Jump Plus. After reading all the negative reviews on this site I suppose I shouldn't be surprised with this crappy approach.

Have shopped at jump for multiple apple products and have also had a few minor replacements on my Iphone, The staff take great care in their customers and I could not complain one bit. Fantastic customer service!

Had to give them 1 star , would of been 0 if up to me. Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen. Booked a appointment on a Monday to get a simple battery changed, said everything would be done within an hour or an hour and half max. Get there at noon the next day, apparently policies have changed overnight, you must send your phone to apple with no replacement phone. Thanks for the heads up guys ... if you are a Apple fan in Moncton , order it online. Don't give them any business
