5 FULL STARS for Aathira at this location. Quite possibly the nicest Staples employee I ever encountered. She was beyond transactional; she actually came up with a few alternatives to assist me when I had the wrong label which was incredibly helpful. There was also a huge line behind me and she cleared it super quickly and with a nice smile, pleasant throughout, nothing shook her. 10/10 would come back for print and shipping services and I hope this Staples location continues to give excellent service.
Such a bad mismanaged business. This location is the cream of the worst and simply all Staples are atrocious.nnNo staff at service counters and when they do it’s only one employee who is worked to death. Then bunch of other employees standing around not doing anything and have no incentive to help.nnHow is Staples still a business? No customer service and all their products can be purchased elsewhere.nnThis antique business needs to simply leave town.nnManaged like a bureaucracy for no apparent reason.nnDollarama is better run and that’s how low the benchmark is.
5 stars for Jyoti that works at the print department! My partner and I came to print our wedding menu cards and she was so helpful and guiding us through the steps. She even offered to print an extra sheet to show us how the cards will cut. Definitely will come back again!
This staple store sales rep and GM are really helpful and gave all the assistance they could to help me place my order and even the wireless sales guy helped us really well with all the plans. Due to the miscommunication with other staples store, my overall experience with staples didn't go well but the assistance we received from this store prompted me to review 5 star to this store management and staff. We really appreciate your efforts as I have been to other staples store and they don't care at all about a customer. I really appreciate your effort and time the staff and GM gave me in the store and over the phone even after the store just closed after 6pm and returned my call. Thankyou!
