The cashier today was so fantastic. Very kind, detailed and emphatetic. We were there around 5pmish.nnI wish I had a chance to ask her name or read her name tag but my son rushed towards the exit. She has eyeglasses on and has such a warm countenance.nnThe guy who assisted me in getting the fish wanted from the aquarium was also very helpful and answered lots of my questions.nnI highly recommend this PetSmart branch!nnGreat place to buy pets.
The little critters here seem relaxed and happy. Unlike Petsmart at 2860 Bentall St and most other locations. I noticed that the critters at this location have clean wheels to run on. And besides the dried food and pallets, they get FRESH KALE and ASSORTED VEGETABLES!!!! I could tell that the staff respect and care about animals and it’s so touching to see in the cooperation. This is my only go to Petsmart for sure even though it takes 35 minutes for me to drive here.
This location has knowledgeable and customer friendly staff. We have received excellent customer service all the way from the cashier to the manager BootynWe wanted to get a Beta and they helped us with all of our needs. Care in advice with the Selection of appropriate tanks, water treatments, water testing , including the care of the beta fish
Lots of selection and is a large well-stocked store. However, major concern in regards to safety and cleanliness. There was shattered glass all around the parking lot beside the curbside p/u spots. If I hadn’t noticed, my poor pup would’ve jumped out of the car and landed right on it. I informed a staff member as soon as we entered the store but got brushed off. We left 20 mins later and it was still not cleaned up. There was also a giant puddle of liquid on the checkout counter that I didn’t see and put my new products in. No apology or attempt to clean up the soaking wet counter. Would only go here if there are no other options.
Awesome place to go when you are looking for any help with your pets. The great staff was able to help me with my fish tank and had some great suggestions on what fish I could have with the fish I already have
