I’ve been going to Michael’s for my kids supplies for years and I love how helpful the staff are. But it didn’t come close to it today at the Boxing day.nnI was trying to use the coupon for the purchase. The store associate, Jenny, who came to the counter in a hostile manner, saying I used it twice and insisted it only applied one per « customer » and then took away the product I plan to get.nnMichael’s: please educate your staff and asked them to fact check the coupon usage: it said one coupon per product, one coupon for each item per day. Not per customer.nnWe understand the shortage of staffing but that doesn’t give them the privileges to enforce their own promotion policy nor being rude.

I recently went for the first time and was let down by the customer service. I required assistance locating some items, but when I asked two store associates for help, they appeared disinterested and swiftly dismissed me instead of offering support. My shopping experience was frustrating, and I had to seek out everything by myself. I anticipated improved service, particularly since I am a first-time customer.
Oh, my go to place for arts and business! Although they have not renovated the interior for the longest time, the staff managed to keep the place really clean, even the washrooms! Keep it up!! Another point, it would be nice to have a little bit more staff. So people would not have to go round isles to look for one and when customer finds one, the staff was already helping someone or in a hurry because he/she has a bunch on his/her plate.
Personally, everything here is over priced.nnWith that said, the staff is helpful and friendly.nnIf you live nearby Richmond, come by check them out.
