I will say this is a good shop for family arts and crafts. There is a good variety at reasonable prices. I was looking for high end professional products and realised it was not the store for me. Easy parking great service.
I recently had a picture framed at Michaels Location: Airport Gateway Plaza, Richmond, BC, Canada.  The framing specialist was named Krystal.  She was extremely helpful and has a great eye for good design/presentation.  Thank you so much for all your help Krystal !  Michael's is lucky to have you there.  The framed piece looks amazing on our wall :
2020 update: they have added a fabric section in the back corner.nnBig box store with lots of different items from A to Z. Helpful staff can give you some advice on your project product knowledge depends on the person's area of expertise. Prices are higher than usual but they have decent sales and discount coupons up to 50% for a single non sale item online and via their app. There is a crafts room for parties and lessons. Plenty of parking and close to the highway. #letsguide
