Even though it is well known that Costco likes to move things around to circulate traffic all areas of the warehouse, their produce set up is still odd. The flow doesn’t work and makes no sense. Why put some produce somewhere that is meant for non-perishable?? nnBut it’s Costco, so plenty of things to see and always an exercise in will power to not buy.nnIt was nice to see that Costco Canada still offers polish sausage in the deli, which has been off US Costco deli menu for decades ?.nnAnd holiday legos. Nice add.
Very disappointing experience. I tried to return a few items, including one that was expired by only a few days. Staff refused the return, claiming it was “policy,” yet no written policy could be shown—even after speaking to a supervisor. After a 15-minute discussion, they made a “one-time exception” because I’m a frequent shopper, while customers waited outside in the rain.nTo make matters worse, I was then told the self-checkout was “express only, 10 items or less,” with no signage posted to support that either.nLack of transparency, poor communication, and unnecessary frustration. Not the Costco standard I expect.
Very poor customer service at the Costco Tire Center today.nnAll staffs of the Tire Centre are rude, especially the female receptionist was rude, impatient, and unfriendly. English is not my first language, but instead of being polite or trying to help, she showed a very bad attitude and made communication difficult.nnThis is not the level of service I expect from Costco. Very disappointed.

Probably the most incompetent check out people ever. I had my order separated into two separate carts they took both orders and put them in one cart and missed scanning one item on the second order which was still in the second cart. They called the manager who didn't really help at all. I ended up having to separate the orders myself according to the items that were going into each cart. The checkout Packer stood there staring and did nothing. It was very important that the orders were separated so that I could do my job properly. If Costco doesn't do their job properly then it all goes downhill. Everyone should watch the way and check out is performing because it doesn't seem like they care at all. Worst experience that I have ever been a part of. If I could give zero Stars I would.
