I'm giving this place 5 stars simply because the customer service was incredible. I've been in a few times and one of the workers named Alexia was always very nice and helpful and treats her customers well. We need more workers like this in customer service. I also dealt with one of the managers named Joe and he was a super nice guy as well and very helpful and gave me all his attention. Overall I go back to this staples because they are all great to deal with.nThanks

I would have to say Staples in Bolton which is my town has the best service. I go to many locations due to my job. They are always hustling helping everyone they can. There are some new people working there and the service was wonderful.   Thank you for a pleasant experience

I just wanted to comment on the friendliness of the staff at this location. I have come in multiple times to use the FedEx shipping service. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Probably the best I have encountered in any store. They always greet you with a smile and are patient and understanding. I almost want to return more items just to see and meet the friendly staff. Joe, one of the managers, also exudes kindness and friendliness with all customers. Just a total pleasure. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness.

Excellent customer service! Today I went into return an Amazon package and I was told by the associate Bella about their printing services that you can custom make! I will definitely use this for my business as a chiropractor!nnStefano was also super helpful in helping me figure out what sort of speakers I need. He even did some research on the computer with me!  Great staff here ! Thanks guys!

Was alright. It’s a Staples. Lady who helped us was nice. I was dropping off an Amazon package. Was odd how it “needed” to fit a certain box and I had to pay to have a label printed $4 next time I’ll have it picked up at my house as I spent more going out then I would have staying home.
