I found all the team at Swansway Bolton very friendly but cannot thank Chris Grundy enough for the patient, calm, informative and smooth service he provided. He wasn't in the least bit pushy which would have made me walk away instantly but instead was very understanding in what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the way. Thank you again Chris for my beautiful new car!
My mum bought a car from here after hers was written off. Chris was very helpful and considerate with my mum. The car price was good and Chris made sure it was prepared to an excellent standard when it was handed over. He even spent time patiently explaining the car's controls to my mum. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Many thanks Chris from both of us.
Chris Grundy was amazing. I had a car in mind when I arrived but wanted to see others. It was no problem to him. In the end I went for the vehicle I first looked at. Would definitely recommend him as a very informative but NOT a pushy salesman. If he had been I would have walked away. He had the car ready for me on the date requested which was a short time span and assisted with all the paperwork. An extremely smooth process. Thank you.

Purchased a Honda Civic last week from this dealer and am pleased to say the process of buying couldn’t have been easier! Buying a new car at any showroom can be stressful but has soon we were introduced to Chris he helped myself and my wife through the process with finances and which model we wanted. Plus when our new car arrived he was very excited for us plus he explained all the functions making sure we were happy.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris was great to deal with. He really looked after us. Things don't always go smoothly, what really matters is what the sales person does when things don't go according to plan. On this occasion Chris did everything he could to make our experience as pleasant as possible. I would certainly recommend Chris for your car buying needs.
Don't bother trying to get through to the parts department. Rang multiple times over a couple of days - either no answer, voicemail full or told someone would ring back with price and availability for a part, I'm still waiting a week later. Such a shame, they're letting loyal Honda customers down.
Friendly and helpful. Especially their sales representative Chris, who was very patient and answer all our questions professionally. I’m very happy with my Jazz bought from here.
