I have patronized Caledon East Audio Visual for over a quarter of a century and have always found Scott Kirby and staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Changed hard wire installation price after being installed. When asked he made it seem as if he was doing me a favour and then suggested he should charge me for the time i spent in his store asking questions about what too put in. I ended up finding better speakers and better option on a system at a lot better price else where. Would not recommend this place.
All of the staff working here are very knowledgeable. The items sold here are of the best quality they do not sell "cheap alternatives " only products they know and trust. They are versatile in home audio and visual as well as security camera systems and internet. Support a local business that you know and can trust from purchase forward.
Great service for over 15 years ,they are fast and reliable. We live in Pal gave Ont and switched to hd antenna . They supplied new TV and surround sound. The after sale service is over the top.
I called Caledon East Audio-Video to install some home speakers, a Sonos system and 65" TV. Everything was explained, took their recommendations- goods ordered -they came back a week later and did a full install and set-up. Great customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff made our dreams come true. Thanks Scott and your amazing technicians. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Caledon- Bolton- Brampton area. Call Caledon east video This morning and spoke with Scott one of the owners to ask when someone was coming to my home to install cameras and satellite dish Scott reamed me out F this F that I don’t want to do that F job I don’t have F time told him I spoke to Bruce early last week Bruce can go do whatever the F he wants we’re not f partners you know not a way to run a business very unprofessional I am a past client I would never recommend using them or going to them ever again
