Canadian Tire

A license to rob people. I went to the service department to have a trailer hitch put on my vehicle. I already had the hitch. All that was required was four bolts to be put in . I was told there would be a charge of $50 just to look at it and then another $100.00 to in install .Ten minutes work.Are you kidding me?. I have heard nothing but bad stories about Canadian Tire auto service. Never again. U Haul will put it on for less than half the price

I wish I could give them minus 5 stars Had issues with my car vibrating when driving. Mechanic was adamant that I had to change ALL 4 rims AND tires for a quote of $2k with alignment. Turns out I only had one bad tire. Don't trust them. I'm going to contact CBC Market Place to investigate.

Worst Canadian Tire I've ever been to. Rude management and cashiers. They don't adhere to their corporate policies and have no sense of good customer service. Hired a bunch of kids that don't care. This location is going downhill fast... I'll be escalating this to corporate. And now shopping elsewhere.

Do not go to automotive service for anything! They will rip you off. Payed almost 500 for sway bar linkage replacement and the parts failed not even a few months down the road. They offered me nothing in return but warranty on the part which I could of done myself. Trying to get anything done here is a nightmare, they're favourite thing to say is "please hold" and leave you on the line for a half hr until you hang up and call them back. THiS IS NOT A SERVICE DEPARTMENT IT IS A TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN SERVICE. You have been warned.

This store robs you in day light. People please be careful especially with the service department and steve the manager. Their a bunch of crooks stealing your money. I took my car there for to have my spark plugs changed. They wanted to do a diagnostic to my car and didnt even inform me of the cost to get this done. My bill totalled $1200 for which my car only needed $100 to fix. They take your keys keep your car and give u an insane bill. People kindly beware as this store has the worst customer service.
