Story

Established in 1985, the Stable Inn offers casual, family dining. Daily and nightly specials including all you can eat specials on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. We serve build your own burgers, hand-cut steaks, chicken, seafood and Mexican entrees. We offer a soup & salad bar with our famous spicy chicken wings (after 6pm). Children's menu is also available. We take reservations as well as call ahead seating. Dine by the fireplace or sit under the moose. Domestic, imported and local craft beers. Michigan wine and cocktails are available. Groups are welcome and we have free WI-FI.

Stable Inn has an excellent all you can eat fish dinner on Friday nights the best around. I like they're expanding wine list and enjoyed a very nice Malbec. I like how they're getting local Craft brewery options to. My only issue with stable is the price which is a little steep. The service is always great all the one time I did have a cracked glass and cut my lip on it and the server did not offer even to give me a free drink. That is why I gave a lower

The stable Inn goes by its name. They are stable in their service, in their food, and in their price. Plus they have an excellent salad bar with the best homemade bread and if you buy more than just the entree you get unlimited trips to the salad bar. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone. I am handicapped and they have adequate parking for the handicapped right at the front door. We went there with a group of seven without reservations and we're seated immediately. If you're ever in the area you might want to try it. I think you would love it just as much as I do.

Had the prime rib, medium rare, Stable cut (the big one). Came out perfect and was only able to eat half and I was able to take it home, (the all you can eat prime rib does not let you take anything home.) Meal also had an all you could eat salad bar/wings with 2 great soups. My mother had the perch which was also great.

I was able too get some frog legs to go! With a choice of potato and salad! I have enjoyed the meal !!

My husband and I went to dinner on Saturday February 17th and had a exceptional dinner and service. I had prime rib and lobster, my husband had the Alaskan fish dinner...both meals were amazing...we will go back the next time we are in the area.
