Best chicken EVER. Everything fresh and made in house as far as I can tell. Very clean! Great service, comfort food at it's best. We loved our server Sheri, we'll have to ask for her again. Great menu selection, very reasonable prices too.

I mainly go to Russes these days because it brings back happy memories growing up in Grand Haven. But it has changed and not for the better over the years. Portions have gotten a lot smaller and prices have steadily risen. The soup and salad bar is great but $9 is just too steep for what you get. But the kids like it because it reminds them of childhood so we occasionally go.

Food at Russ' is consistently and very good! Traditional American home-style food, like amazing mashed potatoes, turkey with gravy, apple pie, burgers, salads, etc. Their large onion-rings are the best in town! In my experiences, the staff is not over-the-top awesome, but good. The place is always clean too, and the vibe is quiet and relaxed.

Good food, good prices, great service. When we were there on 12 /16/2017 Mary was our waitress & she made us feel at home.

Great staff. Hot, fresh food at a reasonable price. Can't beat that hot fudge cake!
