Anna’s House has been family owned and operated in West Michigan since 2003. We are dedicated to providing fresh, local, quality ingredients in our dishes while offering an extensive menu to meet a variety of dietary lifestyles. Our goal is for our guests to feel at home and comfortable while making meaningful life connections in a clean, bright and friendly atmosphere. Anna's house is a great place for a quick breakfast! They have a ton of options and even some unique menu items like red velvet pancakes. The service was quick and attentive.  Usually don't need to wait very long for a seat. The inside is very clean and the white colourful atmosphere is pleasant to dine in. Definitely a local favorite.

Overall horrible experience. You're greeted with a sign that says look at faces not devices while the host stares at a tablet to get you a seat. Waited too long to even get a drink order in. Had to ask the assistant manager for utensils despite 8 servers walking passed us. But he brought us 1 set. When the food arrived, the order was wrong and our plates were dirty. The TVs proudly displayed their accolades which was weird because I don't see where the praise was coming from. Coffee was watered down as well. Really was a glorified IHOP with cute decor. Would not recommend. There are plenty of breakfast spots to visit in Holland, stay away from this one.

Today we went to Holland's Anna's House hoping for great service like the one at Grand Rapids in the past few months, me and my parents were upset. 
When we ordered our meal, I asked for a cup of chocolate milk. Expecting for a size cup like all other soft drinks, I was given a really tiny cup for $3. I was confused where I could get a half gallon for the same price at any quickstop.
I ignored what happen because me and my parents were hoping for our great breakfast orders, only for this to happen. 
The waitress gave me and my dad burnt browned Red Velvet pancakes hearing that they stopped using the old recipe and red dye. Once we took a bite, we were disgusted on how nasty burnt they tasted. The waitress very rude by telling us to complain to the manager. 
Upset and displeased, we paid for the drinks and were told sorry by the cashier. This makes me wounder if any other one went this route.

Good food, reasonable priced. I love it that they have hazelnut coffee. Decent size portions is also nice.

Most fresh orange juice I've ever have the food  tasted  great quite a few different things on the menu then the normal breakfast which is awesome food very different little but  higher-priced and line is always to be expected
