I'm not sure if it's all Applebee's or just the Grand Haven location, but it's awful. Terrible service and high prices for bad food.

Thought the service was bad and the food was cold.  Since when does french onion soup come with swiss cheese.  Smells like stinky feet. Just sayin

We ordered the Salsa Verde Beef Nachos appetizer many times at other Applebees and they were great.  We were surprised and disappointed at what we were served at this Applebees...lots of Nachos, but not much else.  We did mention it to the server who assured us she'd tell the manager, who never bothered to acknowledge us.  This indicates poor management, not caring about the customer.  If we had not previously enjoyed this appetizer, we just would have 'chalked it up', disappointed, but wouldn't order it again.  As of now,  we wouldn't order it again even during  'half off appetizer' time at this Applebees.

Another great dinner at the Bee... a family favorite. Consistent quality is a great thing to count on. Thanks as always.

New menu items were fantastic! Haven't been to Applebee's in awhile so I was pleasantly surprised. Great service too. I will be back.
