Always friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Took my daughter here recently with a cold, and they made me feel welcomed, and spent time educating me on how to properly care for her sickness now that she'll be in daycare mode for the next few years. Bonus, I wasn't left feeling like an idiot asking probably idiotic questions! As a new mom, that left me feel so much more confident about caring for my child during her illness. Thank you so much!! Best docs in town!!

Love my dr here but the office staff is totally incompetent. Messages are not passed on, ever. Waiting 2 months for an ultrasound appointment to be made. Nothing. Forms needed signing 2 weeks and nothing. Waited over a month for X-ray results which I called about 4 times. Nothing. I’m actively looking for a new doctor or clinic.

I am in need of my doctor. The problem is the phone lines are NEVER open. This major problem started with the pandemic. Now if they aren’t answering phone calls what are they doing? The whole premise of a doctors office is to call and book an apt to see the doctor. Doctors generally have patients. I am desperate to see my doctor. Maybe it’s time to just show up bc the phones are never being answered

Can't get an appointment or get through on the phone anymore. Not that my doctor was super helpful when I could see him.

Terrible practice. You may have a doctor here, but you might as well not since its impossible to get through to them via phone, there is no voice-mail, no email contact and it's appointment only with no walk-ins. Privilege at its finest.

I have a major problem with this clinic. It is consistently not open for phone calls when they are supposed to be. You are supposed to call for an appointment at 8am. They don't answer the phone till between 8:12 and 8:15. Then they sent my husband up for bloodwork when he was at work. He arrives at the lab, and the requisition had not be faxed as promised. When he called to tell them, even though it was 5 minutes before 11:45, they were now closed. Also when I call after they are supposed to be open again at 1:15, they don't answer till nearly 1:30. Do they believe because it's hard to get a doctor, and that they work for a doc, their jobs are safe, and much more important than any one elses?

Absolutely horrible to try to get through, no answering machine so you cannot leave a message - and if you can call during business hours it is busy busy busy. I usually end up going to a walk in clinic and then they wonder why they don't see me, or I don't return their calls!!

my Dr is great - but I can never get thru by phone. Calling all afternoon hearing “the clinic is closed” It’s not closed.

At least 1 person needs to please stay at the phone during business hours. I'm calling because I need a prescription filled. I'm diabetic, me not getting insulin will make me incredibly sick. Please do your jobs... our lives literally depend on it! If you want to take lunch from 11 - 1:15 that's 100% fine by me, but fix your recording so we know when we can actually reach you. My doctor is 5 stars, if I haven't been seeing him since I was a child, I would be elsewhere.
