Received a speedy response from Beverly who helped me access my 40 year old immunization record...she worked a miracle in a pinch and found it! Thank you...ps- like all health care providers/organizations more staff would be welcome as they work hard and there's more work than people!!

Very bad reception staff… they don’t know nothing or they don’t want to help people in need. We called couple times and the receptionist just said she can’t help and disconnect the call without even asking if we have any other concerns. Need some educated staff who can patiently listen and give solutions to the inquiries.

I have called 7 times since they opened and no can’t get a message or call back. I left a message and nothing… can’t be that busy after I’ve been calling for an hour now.

The Seniors Dental health care center at the health care unit is wonderful. I was there last week for a check up and a cleaning and both were though. Kudos to the dentist and her technician also to Eisha and Heather

Today, I went to book an appointment for my COVID Vaccine because My age group came up. I tried to book 3 times and each time it told me that I had the appointment and each time they cancelled my appointment. I did not cancel it. I would appreciate a call. I sent an email and I left a message.. I understand that you are busy and probably overwhelmed but this can be frustrating for someone in their 70s.nnI hope to get some kind of reply. Thank you.
