St. Louis Bar & Grill

The place is often busy to full (somehow) but the speed of service is awful most of the time. The staff seems poorly trained and disorganized but I would tend to look at the leadership team before blaming the employees. I question wether I'm too picky as I only worked in customer service (front line and management) for 15 years or the public settles for poor service. On the plus side, the food is good, the prices are between fair to high for pub food, the variety of food and beverages is very good but boy o boy get your service standards up to speed and monitor for efficiency if you want to stay in this game!

We had a large group. Service was fast and friendly and bilingual. Food was professionally served. 5 stars for the staff. 4.5 for the visit.

Mostly pub food. (wings, burger, ect.) The food is good food with a nice selection of alcoholics beverages. The place is really nice. (was build in 2016 I think?)

Great food that is always on your table before you know it , perfectly located ( especially for road weary travellers ), fantastic staff that always greet and provide service with a smile, and priced right. What more can you as for? Oh, lots of screens with sports* and beer? Yup. *darts is not a sport. :-)

Music too loud. The other guests have to try yelling over the music which makes it louder in there. Besides that no complaints.
