Last night we went to Nav's for a girlfriends birthday. One of the girls we were with asked for a Dave Matthews, common drink, and the bartender started googling the recipe to make it (which is fine) being a bartender herself the girl told him she could just tell him what's in it to save him the trouble of googling. So she tells him how to make it and he responds by saying "usually I dont have to google recipes, only when people order stupid ass drinks" this was rude enough, then he said the drink was $6.75. Jokingly I laughed and said "minus 25 cents for the ass hole remark". This obviously really offended the bartender because he refused to serve me and told me I was lucky to even still be standing in the bar. The bar was empty, and because of his attitude all 7 of us left and moved on to St James Gate. This guy is clearly in the wrong industry. We have been to Nav's many times and always had a great time, this time was just a really bad experience.

Best bar in the city of you want drinks and not food.

Make sure to ask for a side of mix because theres only alcohol in the one they serve you.

Great live bands, chill atmosphere. Plenty of decent beers on tap and bottle.
