Metro Rigaud

It was clean and convenient. No bells and whistles. Straight up good place to stay close to airport. Breakfast was included. Good selection of cold foods and coffee. Muffins, cereals, cookies etc.

Friendly staff. They take care of their customers and always do the right thing. If they make an error, they don't hagle they make it right . Meat is always fresh the home brand coleslaw is great .

Good place, as I sometimes grab stuff on special from this store on my way to mont rigaud ski, and they are very cheap. The only thing is that there’s no self-checkout

Break times seem to revolve around the afterwork rush. I am always in the line with 10-15 customers going through 1 cash. Once the line is cleared miraculously two other cashiers come off break. Disappointing. Also the beef tends to have a very large amount of fat. Ground beef for tacos created 2 full cups of fat. I dont trust the sales because I feel they just add fat to the grinder to compensate.

I’ve been shopping at Metro for many many many years……….it has gone downhill so fast!!!! I’m missing items I purchased! Some shelves are empty, stacks of stuff in the aisles…….kids trying to reload the shelves and won’t move………holes in the cement floors throughout the store! Staff changing every week!!! Today was the last straw……..I will not shop there again!!!!

Huge store, have just about everything you need. Helpful staff, fast checkout. Metro flyer specials are excellent and the best-tasting meat of all the supermarket chains. Bread and bagels from the Montreal bakeries. Hop across the street to the IGA for their specials and you're done!
