SpringHill Suites by Marriott Omaha East/Council Bluffs, IA

Rented a suite for my daughter's birthday. It was clean, spacious, and stylish. Staff made sure we were aware that a community dining area was available should we need extra space to serve cake and they checked that we had all the information regarding continental breakfast, pool hours, etc available to us before guests arrived. Also the pool and hot tub area were well maintained and there were more than enough warm dry towels available for the children to use. It was a great evening and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a very pleasant stay. I am a DJ and was in town for a gig. This hotel was clean, decor is up to date, layout for room was great! We stayed in the king's suite. As soon as we arrived in our room they called and asked how the room was. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was free and delicious. If you are in town to visit I wouldn't choose anywhere else but here. Oh, and amenities are great! : )

The staff at check in were less than friendly and got on families who were there as part of our group for being loud when they were not bei g loud enough to disturb anyone at all. The breakfast was poor at best. I don't expect a whole lot from a free breakfast but this was below even free standard. Room accommodations were nice so if you can avoid the desk staff and will go out for breakfast, this is a terrific option.

A nice place to stay in Iowa. Great staff, nice rooms. I would suggest getting a room with a tub, the showers run out on the floor under the door. Breakfast is normally good.

The location is parallel to I-29. The hotel is across from the Mid-American Conference Center and Bass Pro Shop. There is a variety of restaurants in the area and the front desk has a nice selection of delivery menus. There is a complimentary breakfast. The shuttle provides transportation to the airport,casinos and any other place within 5 miles of the hotel. There is also a pool, whirlpool, and exercise room with an adjoining patio with a grill. The suites are spacious and the beds are comfortable.
