Bellevue Extended Stays

I have absolutely no complaints. Booking was easy, the staff were all friendly and personable, and accommodating to the point that I never felt uncomfortable asking for amenities. Every staff I spoke member I spoke with was gracious and helped me with a smile on their face and a very professional attitude. I saw the staff interact with other guests, and was surprised to see that every guest truly was treated like family from out of town the family that you like to have visiting!. If I ever need to stay in Bellevue again, I’m coming back here. Also, the morning coffee is amazing, and I always woke up early enough to not even need to wait in line. Five stars, easily.

I stayed here because it was close to the hospital that I had to go to and it was a name of a place given to me by the American Cancer Society. I booked the room and stayed one night. When I checked out the clerk was rude. She asked how my stay was and I told her fine. She said fine and I repeated fine. She then told me that it should be more than fine because I was on the 5th floor, in a king size room and it was being paid for by the American Cancer Society. The room was discounted by them and I paid for it. Everyone in the lobby could hear what she said to me. I put the card on the counter and told her I would never stay there again. My husband who was there went back in and talked to the assistant manger and told her what happened. Since then the manger called me and told me she was told it was a misunderstanding between us. I don't see how this was a misunderstanding at all. I hope nobody ever has to encounter this type of thing.

A great place to sleep and rest when on business trips. It doesn't have a restaurant and the breakfast options are slim but it is a nice quiet place to rest your head. There are plenty of places to get meals around the area. You aren't staying for a restaurant/food experience so a muffin, fruit and coffee is all you need.Rooms: 4/5

INTENRET DOESN'T WORK WELL. Horrible place. Don't stay here. Not worth the price at all. They nickle and dime you for everything. Nothing premier about this place. Stay at a proper hotel. This place charges as much as a hotel and has no facilities like a hotel does. Bad service too. Stay away. - uncomfortable bed, pillow. - There are small ants in the room. - There is no daily room cleaning. Have to pay for extra it. - Breakfast is some yogurts, nothing much. - internet is really bad. Have to pay for extra for internet that is actually usable. - No kitchen stuff provided even though that's advertised. Have to order it. - Have to take your bath towels to front desk each day to exchange for new ones if you can find someone at front desk. - You can hear the water flow from bathroom next door. It's loud. - No one at front desk for long periods of time. No answer for front desk during day or evening time on phone. - A bunch of people gathering, making noise and smoking weed right outside main door. Loud and smells bad.

Jay helped me so much and really made me feel welcomed. It is so nice to have someone so knowledgeable and caring that really makes me feel at home in a place I’ve never stayed. I believe this man is astounding in what he does and brings many values to the company.Rooms: 5/5

I checked in and let them know the next night I would be arriving with my son’s service dog. The lady said that’s fine and just make sure to show them the paperwork with the dog the next day. The next day I was told there would be a fee and the room wasn’t animal approved so he wasn’t allowed in. I asked where I could bring the animal? She said back to where it came. I said my boyfriend and autistic son and his dog took a three hour train ride and we had nowhere to go. I was even going to pay the service fee even thought it goes against the Americans with Disabilities Act. But after getting to the room 30 minutes later he was inconsolable from waiting so long. I had to call in to work and I was not guaranteed any refund for their mistakes and poor communication and lack of knowledge.

Room was clean, smelled fine, staff was friendly. However, there appears to be a humidity problem in the bathroom of the room I was in. Bubbling paint all over the ceiling. Shower handle was very loose and hard to use. They could do with a maintenance pass.Rooms: 4/5

Got kicked out for being a barefoot Indian without his shirt on. The manager really has a problem wouldn't even show her face. Going to get a hold of corporate on this one.Rooms: 3/5
