lululemon

I used to love Lululemon. Recently the quality of their pants has decreased. I have a pair of yoga pants from Lulu that I got in 2010 that are still in great shape; no holes, seam breaks, nothing. I have a few pairs (different styles/materials) any where from this year to three years ago and they are all failing me. I took one of the pairs of leggings into Lulu to see if there was anything they could do for me as the pants seams were breaking and the material on the inner thigh had worn through. These particular pair were one I did not work out in. For spending 100.00 plus on a pair of pants this should not be happening. They could only sew up the holes for me, but that would not help in the long run as the extra stitching would cause friction and more holes. I have a pair of leggings from another store that cost me 21.00 and they have been going through my running and gym routines for the last two years without any problems. They are just as stylish and I will be giving my business where the quality is.

I am so sad to give this store a 1 star rating. However the service my daughter and I received this evening was less then stellar. My daughter is starting her first high school physed class this week and I could’ve simply taken her to sportchek or walmart for gym clothes but instead decided to take her to lulu in order to give her a boost of confidence. We were never helped or greeted with a smile even though she was clearly struggling to find her fit and size. There had to have been 4-6 employees standing around chatting but not really asking how things were fitting or offering her suggestions. My frustration peaked when I was standing in front of my daughters dressing room for a good 20 min and then out of the blue an employee comes in front of me and starts to open her dressing room for another customer. This employee had to have seen me helping my daughter in that room or was completely oblivious to everything around her for the past 20 min. I was truly hoping for a warm positive experience but it unfortunately was not.

Terrible customer service and unfriendly staff. Store manager wouldn't allow me to return faulty stitched pants of mine. Note to the manager, freshen up on lulu's policies!!! Now exchanging through online customer support.
