I bought shoes from Regina store and the store guy said bought another one you will get 40% off on second pair and make sure second pair should be more than first. I bought another pair and he added discount to lower price shoes. When I noticed and went back to store heManager was not there who sold that pair. The guy curly hairs was really nice and he was in store on that time. We waited for 20-30 minutes and he came back. We explained the issue and he said it is their mistake they forget to put promotional sticker on that. We confirmed twice before bought these shoes. He was so rude with me and my uncle and he said we return shoes if want but no promotions he will give. We can totally understand if their mistake but we confirmed twice before bought second shoes. We will returned shoes to store and will never visits again to your store. Will leave a review on your social media’s sites.
The manager is so rude and disrespectful! I don’t know if it was because I’m a person of colour or just because! I ordered three pairs of boots and asked him if i could return one if I don’t like the fit. He said that the boots online that are almost 70% off are final sale and when i asked where does it say that on the website. He said anything that has a red tag or has the price in red is a final sale. And i told him that that is not the case everywhere. He said everywhere he has worked, that was the case, and after that he did not want to listen to what I wanted to say he kept on saying “I don’t want to argue with you if you want to return them then I’ll do it” his body language, tone and facial expression was so rude, it felt as if he is disgusted to talk with me whereas I wasn’t even arguing i just wanted to have a normal conversation as he was getting really annoyed with me without any reason at all. Really heartbreaking because i always buy my boots and sandals from here. Side note: the assistant manager is a sweetheart, he is such a nice human. But the managers behaviour was heartbreaking as well as demeaning.
Spencer at the till was so helpful and nice. They helped me find some cheap, good looking boots to replace my falling apart walmart sneakers. They went above and beyond in customer service, were patient with any questions or concerns I had, and truly wanted to help me find shoes that I loved. Thank you!!
I would like to praise staffs in this location. They are very friendly and were helpful in selecting our size. The staff manager is so accommodating and helped us exchange shoes. Overall shopping experience was superb in this location and we purchased more than we would have because of these friendly staff! Thank you!
I bought a shoes few weeks ago. I only wear it once and the upper part of the shoe is getting damaged. I put it back in the box and went to the store to exchange/return it. The girl said we only return if the item is not worn. But how can i know and test it’s quality until I actually wear it. Well the quality is really bad and cherry on top was the customer service. There were three sales girls in the store around 4:30 pm. And I explained them the situation and they were like this is the policy. It was a really bad experience for me. I am a sneaker head and i buy all kind of shoes, so far this is the worst quality shoes that i ever bought, I only wear them once and the started ripping apart.
If ur looking non leather shoes n accessories.that may last the summer. Once u pick up the shoes.and take a closer look.. let the plastic shine through.. they have a cheap and low quality manufacturing look to them. That slaps ya in the face...if ur still into purchasing..let's meet the inexperienced female staff. Now if they havent irritated the soles off u..with they're laxidaisial attitudes . this store will be ur go 2..I've not had luck with the shoes I've bought boots..oxfords..casual slip on.. thx God they were clearance prices as they felt ok in the store..but later .they didn't feel comfortable after 1hr..they also soon look cheap as the vinyl started to crack n looked old and kiked in. Trendy.well ..that's up for personal opinions. I don't find the mens selection cuttingedge. The accessories are tatty n cheap looking..the ladies hand bags I must say are there best items. Price point is very good . Great styles..the manufacturer. Did a good job. I've bought my galaxy pals hand bags from there..the shoes good from afar..shall we say ..Now let's address the female manager and her high school mentally staff..sometimes I'll get a hello. Like listen up buttercup..when I walk in u better have greeted me..told me of ur promotions n sales n offered ur assistance when I'm ready. .have ur shoe horn out n be ready to work. But they usually cluster behind the cash desk ignoring the customers..babbling on about there weekends. So perhaps upper management needs to maybe hire a more mature manager with the knowledge of how to build a winning sales team. Cuz Amy who just graduated high school and is more worried about partying n Drinking n boys..get her working organizing ur back room simple tasks that's about all that mind can handle...unless u see something in her that says..winner top sales person..which I doubt is the case .u need sales staff and will make ur customers come back every payday..yr after yr make them lifetime customers..if u had the rite staff now in place.u shud be seeing repeat buyers. Shoppers coming back strictly to see u for ur style guidance and warm customer service.they come for ur fashion advice n ur engaging personality and customer service ....every staff member shud be excited to be there working as a team.. gaining that store is well located in the mall with trendy clothing stores. that store shud be buzzing and talk of the Cornwall centre. Now that u have ur skilled sales working the floor making sales n up selling shoe care products.. ..maybe the less experienced part timers can be trained on in-store shopping and it's Issues and how to defuse a negative situations and turning it around and keeping ur customers coming back.. Negative Reviews shud be a thing of the past..grow ur store..succeed..be proud of what u have accomplished..reward ur staff..keep them working for Spring for yrs..no more staff revolving door..no bad reviews..and head office will luv u.
I have been here countless times I am always greeted with a smile and the know with all that i will be taken care of. I was recently in there the Sunday before Easter and with only one staff member on duty and a store packed full of customers near closing time I still left with the shoes I wanted and the help i needed these VEEGAN style memory foamed shoes will be the exact thing I need till I need a new pair which I will be going back here to purchase from my winter boots to my new shoes and countless dress shoes I have gotten here the service has been great and I leave satisfied.
More directed towards aldo since their customer service will not answer my emails or their phone lines!!!! If I could give 0 I would as their website will not process my return. Which is fully eligible, secondly the boots I ordered broke the instant I zipped them up. So I couldn't wear them if I wanted! All withing their return policies guides. Yet no one will help me return the shoes. I was willing to exchange but definitely not after this experience!
Customer service is awful. There were two girls working, didn't say a word to my friend and I as we browsed for quite a while. Their friends came in and immediately they were hugging them and chatting, ignoring everyone in the store. Told the other woman shopping who wasn't greeted either good luck getting their attention. Sent in a complaint through the Call it Spring website, never heard back. Won't be spending money here if I can help it.
