Sport Chek St. John's

Very friendly sport store. We needed some cardboard boxes to transport our bikes home after our cycling trip from Montreal to St. John's by the Trans Canada Trail including the T'railway. Even when they had no empty boxes, they were so very friendly to empty two boxes and give them to us. Thanks for all the help. Very much appreciated.

I personally don't like the approach of sales team. I given my badminton bat for restringing a week before. Still the team doesn't have a definite answer when this will be ready. They said 5 days of assurance and i kept it there. I am not sure if this is a branch only issue or every branch. I am sorry sport check Stavanger drive. Never ever.

Lack of customer service. Walk into the store, only had one hello from a staff member that walked by. Looked at shoes, nobody even batted an eye at me. Completely ignored me. Never shopping here again. This is why I prefer to shop online. Ridiculous.

Amazing. The guy and gal that assisted us were so knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. I can’t quite remember the guys names but I do remember Olivea. Absolute doll. Thank you

Felt like pulling teeth trying to get assistance. Products are scattered throughout the store i.e. underwear were in 5 different locations, very difficult to find things. Overall very unpleasant, I just gave up and went to footlocker.
