Wish I could give a minus in front of the star. Went there last night and had 2 types of shoes and a boot I wanted to try. There were 3 employees on, 1 was serving the only other customers in the store. 1 employee walked right past me like I was invisible and the last one walk into the main area, looked at me and walked to the back of the store. I was prepared to buy all the shoes and boots if they had my size. But after that, I put them all back in the display area and left. Would have been approximately a $400+ sale they lost out on and I will never go back. Extremely poor sales representative there.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. My husband and I were ignored the first time we walked in there today, so we decided to come back. Upon returning, we were once again ignored by a worker by the name of Mackenzie. She looked right at us and decided what she was doing on her clipboard was more important than serving customers. When we asked her a question, she didn't even answer it properly and walked away. Then she decided to put words in our mouth and twist what we said. She also was making faces about us to her co worker. When we complained to the "manager" Jessica, she was defensive of the staff right off the bat and basically called us a liar. They then proceeded to tell my husband if he couldn't see the shoe that was on the top shelf, he needed to get out of the store. I have never been treated this way in my entire life I have complained to head office, but I'm afraid this isn't going to go anywhere, and this store deserves this review. I just wanted to buy a Christmas gift for my daughter. If you do not like working in retail, find a new job, because customer service is key, regardless of the time of year.
Good selection, pricing is alright - seems like you can get the exact products cheaper online. Stock was low when we shopped, but it is the holiday season, and many sales are on, so this seems unavoidable.
Can be a very busy place, have patients and you may not find your size. Big selection. Popular store for brand names.

No one answered the phone. Been calling for an hr. Horrible
I went into the store knowing exactly what I was looking for. Before I even got to the section, an associate asked if I needed help. Once I decided on the style, the associate quickly returned with the size I needed. As the associate was retrieving the size, I was approach by various other associates asking if I have been helped already. I quickly paid and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Great service and selection.
Either there's not enough staff to help or the ones there are not adequately trained and look like deer in the headlights when you manage to catch one of them. Also, their return policy doesn't suit my needs. Only one staff member surprised me with superior service. Sadly, she's not always available. I no longer shop there.
I echo the same sentiments as other reviewers. They have a great selection but the store seems understaffed. Maybe this is growing pains with the new, larger store. I waited 10-15 minutes just to be able to try on shoes, and there were several other customers waiting as well. I also had a bad experience picking up an online order at this store a while ago. I won't be rushing back. Customer service here needs to improve.
