Brought my two toddlers in to get some cool new shoes for their birthday at the Avalon Mall location. Staff were so accommodating and helpful with finding sizing that fit! Will definitely be returning!
Journey's has an incredibly generous return policy, offering a full year to return your purchase In new condition so you can make sure you absolutely love it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience shopping here, although sizes can sometimes be scarce.
Had the worst service ever....girl who served me was extremely rude, literally ran off when I was asking her a question and served someone else. Complained to the Assistant Manager who was no help. Luckily, there was a young man there who brought me out various pairs of the sneakers that I asked the girl for and she told me there was nothing there! He was polite and went to the trouble to get me the sneakers that my son was looking for!
Great store,but for a small store they have a lot of staff asking if they can help.

Small clothing and shoe store in the Avalon Mall. Has a pretty good selection of nice merchandise and the prices aren't bad.
