Customer service was good overall; the employee was sweet and helped me with a pair of knee high boots that I've been looking around for! Happy to spend a bit more on quality boots.
They have great product, but certainly.lacking in customer service. I walked throughout the store in hopes to buy a new pair of shoes, but I guess I didn't exactly qualify as a customer. How very sad is this.
They didn't have my size in stock for most shoes, since it's the most common, but the only guy working was amazing and super sweet. He tried to find a similar pair of shoes to the ones I was looking for, and gave me other recommendations for places to look.
Today, November 14, 2021, I tried to return a pair of boots and my return was refused because "an event" was going on. It was 20% off in the Avalon Mall. This was despite the store being empty. I could have gave it to the clerk if the store was busy, but it was not. This was disrespectful and wasted my time. I strongly advise against shopping at Aldo as clearly they do not care about the customer.
Love the way they sale the products special the sunglasses they sold to me with full of dust and suggest me to get paper from the washroom to clean it because they can’t afford a piece of cloth or shades cleaner to clean the sunglasses.. god bless to this store..
Hi called 19 times no one answering phone at Aldo, trying to track shoes that were ordered 2 weeks ago and the tracking number isnt correct with the order and NO One is answering the phone...very dissapointed in service
