im sure i was more that the usual pain in the butt customer, when i went in looking for a fat bike. im sure i asked all the cliche questions. i am sure i got exactly what i deserved. and that was, exposure to top notch staff, great choices in products offered, customer service that was top shelf, a great buying experience and access to professional service, should i ever need. it. oh, and the bike. it was pretty good too. now i just have to keep my wife out of the loop when it comes to spending more money there!

These guys are the best! Really helped me out while visiting St.John's. Excellent service, great attitude, premium rentals, and a wide range of inventory including lots of Dakine and POC. Awesome selection of MTB, FAT, and BMX bikes and accessories! Be sure to check these guys out as they are the best bike shop in St.John's! I wish we had more bike shops like this in Toronto, Ontario. Nice work guys, and thanks for setting me up! Cheers!

Closed randomly due to staff gone for a bike ride or something? Not really a great way to operate. Myself and another 2 people didn't feel like waiting around for who knows how long. Just went down to freeride mountain sports instead where I spent my money instead.

Definitely recommend these guys. Friendly, helpful and nice staff. Had exactly what I needed.
