Fella taking calls on Thursday August 21st shouldn’t be on customer service. Put on hold for close to 20 mins then call back and another 20 mins hold. All to check if an item is in stock which he could have easily done in a minute. Then, he tells me the item is not in stock when I had confirmation that they had 10 in store from someone else. “Must have been stolen” he says. Makes me question if he was lazy or hoarding a sale item. Luckily the staff that helped me out in the afternoon on the same day were more pleasant to deal with and helped me find the items I was looking for, and indeed they had 10 in stock.

A very clean store but limited staff and products. I was in there for 30 mins and not one person acknowledged me so customer service could have been much better. Watch your step going into this store as the concrete out front has been a tripping hazard for years and still has yet to be fixed. In fact most of the stores on this plaza have this safety issue. If you have limited mobility or less you may want to go somewhere that will consider your health and safety as this place clearly doesn’t care.

I’m leaving a 5 star review because of Richard and Cody in the pro shop. They are fantastic. They know what they’re talking about, and are great to interact with. They didn’t make me feel stupid when I had questions at all.nnThe other guy working in the pro shop, Brady. He is terrible - got my kids skates sharpened, and I might as well have run them across some rocks to sharpen them. Absolutely useless. If he was the only one working in the pro shop, I would never go back. EVER.nnIf Richard or Cody isn’t working, don’t go to the pro shop. Go somewhere else.

I had a frustrating experience at this store. The shoe selection was terrible, and they don’t carry clothing options for bigger people, clearly catering more to slimmer body types.nnThe customer service was not just unhelpful but downright rude. Staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist, making it feel like a chore just to get basic help. One employee even directed my daughter to the kids’ section when she was looking for something in her actual size, which was not only unhelpful but also insulting. I also felt judged rather than welcomed throughout my visit.nnUnfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. The lack of assistance, bad attitudes, and overall poor atmosphere have been a pattern. Even the manager didn’t improve the experience.nnI would never want to work in an environment like this, and unless things change, I won’t be shopping here again either.

Most unfriendly staff, getting a fitting room or a smile at the checkout counter is hard. I feel judged and unwelcome every time I come here.
