Wow. Finally witnessed death of retail stores today. Went to spruce, said item I wanted was in stock. It was not. Had manager supposedly try to help me, and did not at all. Directed me to new employee and I was patient, said cool we both learning! then proceedednTo sit and watch me try to input my info on there crap system for me to get it sent over online. So so frustrating, newb just watched me try to do there job of entering info on there crap system, manager was at the side, watching and dealing with customers pile up, useless. So, don’t go to store, it’s useless, just buy online I guess. Sad I like stores to shop, but they are done, like this location will be at the helm of “‘management”nBrutal I walked away from easy $150 purchase, will never go back.!
A very clean store but limited staff and products. I was in there for 30 mins and not one person acknowledged me so customer service could have been much better. Watch your step going into this store as the concrete out front has been a tripping hazard for years and still has yet to be fixed. In fact most of the stores on this plaza have this safety issue. If you have limited mobility or less you may want to go somewhere that will consider your health and safety as this place clearly doesn’t care.
Fella taking calls on Thursday August 21st shouldn’t be on customer service. Put on hold for close to 20 mins then call back and another 20 mins hold. All to check if an item is in stock which he could have easily done in a minute. Then, he tells me the item is not in stock when I had confirmation that they had 10 in store from someone else. “Must have been stolen” he says. Makes me question if he was lazy or hoarding a sale item. Luckily the staff that helped me out in the afternoon on the same day were more pleasant to deal with and helped me find the items I was looking for, and indeed they had 10 in stock.
Horrible customer service. Was there for over half a hour and not one staff member asked if I needed help while I was looking at skiing boots. Most of the shelves are empty and very unorganized.
I don’t often leave reviews but my experience at this store was exceptional! Shaq assisted me with choosing a pair of shoes and was beyond helpful, very patient and extremely pleasant.
