This place was just fabulous! The atmosphere is so welcoming and calming, there is different options of seating everywhere and the vibe is awesome! I ordered the Don Don noodles and it was very flavorful and just filled with great ingredients! The portion size is pretty good for the price and definitely worth giving them a try. I'd definitely recommend trying the Catfish Curry as well because it was divine. The spicy noodles are definitely spicy but also so dang tasty you just don't wanna stop eating them! They also have a bar and a bunch of wonderfully curated drinks specifically made by them. Definitely recommend trying the ones you don't think you'd like and I bet it'll surprise you. Thanks for your wonderful service and food, will definitely be returning!

New favorite place in town! Great experience all around! We got Sweet Corn, Spicy Fried Chicken, Bahn Mi, and Cucumber Salad. All great. Loved the corn & fried chicken the best. Excellent service as well, staff was friendly & efficient. ** Pro Tip: If you want to sit at the bar, you don't have to wait in line, just grab an open seat. Otherwise, order & pay BEFORE getting a table. Vegetarian options: The menu is all Gluten Free & there are vegetarian options

This was probably one of my favorite crispy shrimp tacos I have ever had! And the spicy chicken was perfect! They do a great job of giving delicious food, without making their fusion dishes too odd. Everything we had was delicious. And the environment was super cute and green with plant life.

Tasty and eclectic! Three of us had lunch. The experience is a bit unusual for a place with food this good. Before being seated you order and pay at the register. You also self serve water, and place settings. The food was quick to appear after being seated. We started with a salad that was light and delicious. We shared three dishes and it was hard to say which was best, the green curry, Dan Dan noodles, Lomo Saltado. We had to prompt for one dish that did not arrive initially but it was worth the wait. I would go back in a heartbeat.

First time here and the food was great. The line was long but moved fast and totally worth the wait. The Dan Dan noodles were amazing and serving was large enough to split. The tacos were good and the cucumber salad is definitely a must try. Will definitely be going back.

Super popular, trendy place. It's an asian/Mexican fusion menu that really works. The portions are substantial, and everything tasted great. Full bar with a nice selection of cocktails. The place is nicely decorated with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's order at the counter and then the food and drinks are brought to your table. We were there on a Friday evening. Very long line for ordering and long wait for the food ... but worth it.

Spork is fantastic as always! The hub had the Dan Dan noodles and I had my usual green curry with shredded chicken—both absolutely to LIVE for! Another staple for us is the raspberry Yerba mate—there’s nothing like it. We love the staff, the decor and the food—this place is a real local treasure!

The food was delicious, the prices are reasonable with friendly and fairly quick service. We had the peanut tomato curry and spicy fried chickentheir most popular dish. Highly recommended! They started as a food truck about 10 years or so ago. And moved to this location only 4 years ago.

Ordered Spicy Pork Noodles & Maui Z and they were both very tasty! The taste and texture of the whole dish was fantastic. Fast service and friendly workers. Highly recommend if you’re around Bend!

Spork is one of the most popular restaurants in Bend and a local favorite. As is common with many Bend restaurants you wait in a line, order and then you are seated. There is a wide variety of food from different cuisines like Mexican,Thai, and Chinese. I tried the Dan Dan noodles which were very good and had the signature Sichuan peppercorns. The food was spicy and oily which could be difficult if you have a sensitive stomach.
