Came to this coin laundry and have to say it's a rip off . 3 customers lost money, the machine took the money without starting for the washers. Additional minutes were bought for the dryer and was not added. The phone number online to contact the owner does not work.
Did my laundry at this laundry mat last weekend and the driers took forever to dry my clothing when I inquired about it with the employee there she opened up the vents with her key and the vents were full of lent , I took a picture but this website won’t allow me to load . I called the owner 3 times , he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. He then got his employee to call me and offer me $20 . I spent over $150 to wash and dry my clothes not a recommended place. I rarely complain but I feel strongly about informing people of my experience at spinners laundromat
Recently did my laundry at this laundromat. There were plenty of machines. Washing machines ranged in prices $3 for regular loads, $6.00 for triple loaders. Plenty of dryers that worked great, with adequate heat to dry my clothes. Change machine on site. Washers and dryers take a variety of coins $1- 0.25. The laundromat was clean and well lit, with plenty of parking and a convenient location.
This is my first time coming at spinners laundry. The experience was literally horrible. The machines A01-2 as well as A06-A08 took extra money even though i inserted the whole amount. While washing, those machines costed me extra $4.50 for NO REASON. On the other hand, while drying my clothes the timer that’s been displayed on the machine showed 20 minutes but only ran for 12 minutes since i put a timer on my phone to see if it actually would last 20 minutes. My experience has been completely HORRENDOUS don’t come here if you would like to get scammed or get charged more for unnecessary reason.
This laundromat , is very noticeable from the road , thier is always parking , first thing I always notice it's clean , all sorts of sizes of machines , people very friendly, machines are cleaned regularly, just a great atmosphere, not to mention I save 64.00 a Month on my hydro bill since my dryer broke down , compare to 8.00 a month to dry my clothes weekly at this laundromat, the lady thier is very helpful and friendly at times of need , coins, and working troubled issues .. thanks .HARRY .
Great laundromat clean machines Chairs are damaged the fake leather is spilting My preferred laundromat A little annoyed that one couple took up almost half the machines and the walk way
*update They've been doing renovations and have added machines. It's looking great. Open 24/7, not always the cleanest. Some machines are broken. But the machines that work do a decent job.
It is very costly for washer $6.50 for 30 minutes and drier $0.25 for 4 minutes. It does not dry properly.
For those people saying the machines do not take your money and all machines are in working order. Simply not true. I have my own washer/dryer at home but occasionally go to the laundromat to get it all done quickly. I usually go to one in North Oshawa which is clean, large machines, reasonable prices, TV, washroom. Came here as we recently moved to Courtice. The place is run down, tables are wobbly, no washroom access I now see a response from the owner here that the code is available from the convenience store but there is no sign so I drove to McDonalds to use the washroom machines are small for the price, 1 machine took $1.50 then wouldnt take anymore coins or return the money. 6 dryers with out of order signs, 8 washers with out of order signs I took pics and it was quite hot inside despite some claiming the place has A/C. All in all, I would not return. I will drive the extra distance to the one in North Oshawa.
It's good price, machines that work, work well and there is a lot of machines. A good portion of these machines are currently broken down, but due to the large number of machines, it would only make much difference if it was packed. The floors could use a wash, machines need a wipe down.
