Super Coin Laundromat

Pretty good place to go do laundry...better early in the day,then the evening and that's only because of the shady few, who hang out in the parking lot there and Timmy's...

Lots of machines and pretty clean. My only issue is employees not enforcing that masks be worn. One employee who was cleaning the machines also was not wearing a mask it was around her neck. Makes me feel they don't care about their customers. Just want to update. This is the third time I've had a dryer take my money, run for 20 seconds and then give an error message. Nobody in building to help. And when I called the business number, it says nobody is available to take your call, then it hangs up. Can't even leave a voicemail. Too many machines out of order!!

Google posted hours are wrong. Door says 7:15 am, guy finally came and opened at 7:22 am. Was clean, washer worked fine.

Good clean washer dryers. Change machine didn't like my new bill.

This place was filthy. One of the washers had cigarette butts in it... the rare occasions that there is a staff member present, they are rude and unhelpful... One of the washers didn't drain during the loads final rinse, leaving my clothes soaking wet and soapy. I ask for my money back so I could rewash my clothes in another machine and the old lady said,"no you used to much soap. That is why it didn't drain". And basically refused to give me a refund... The same family owns the inconvenience store in the same plaza.

It is a clean laundry mat. The one star rating is for the craptacular service I get from it's owner's which also operate the convenience store in the same plaza. Alot of their machines are old and outdated. They tend to break down mid-cycle and the owners rather argue with you instead of re-emberburse you. If you intend on using this Laundromats services, please do so at your own risk as this Laundromat is used only to make the owners rich on our buck. If they are reading this, your store is next to get a bad review for your lack of costumer service. December 8th 2020 Just looking back on the bad review I gave this laundromat, a question in mind. Is it easier to just reimburse their patrons because a machine conked out mid cycle, or to shell out an additional $13 and change per hour because the patron they ripped off trashed their laundromat on camera?

Absolutely terrible. $10 wash machine didn't rinse and got ripped off $20. Owner refused to give a refund. Said his machines have never failed.
