I am ALWAYS very pleased with the eagerness to provide excellent quality of service. I go out of my way to be certain my clothing gets the best possible care and handling using this company. Once you try Carriage Trade, you'll wonder why you haven't been using them all along. My clothing lasts longer (careful handling = less wear and tear) and they'll actually contact you if there's an issue during the cleaning process. I also appreciate the text messages notifying me my order is ready for pick up. Keep up the great work, good people!

Always a great experience st Carriage Trade. The service is excellent and they always do a great job. I had some repairs done and was very pleased with the results.

I explained to Steve at Carriage Trade Cleaners that it was because of the stellar reviews on google that I took my dry cleaning to their shop so he asked me to write a review. I had a wedding over the weekend and took my father's vintage, hand made Holt Renfrew in for a cleaning. I explained that the suit was precious to me and had huge sentimental value so I wanted care to be taken with this garment. Steve assured me he would look after it personally. The suit was finished early the next morning and looked brand new. I thank you Steve for you excellent and personable service. I would recommend this business to others and will use it again in the future. Great work!

Seriously the best place in Durham to get anything cleaned or repaired. You can't beat the quality and the customer service there. They make anything possible. Would highly recommend you try them out!

I used to visit the Courtice location regularly and it is a shame that it closed down, but the Simcoe store seems great too and I plan on going there now. Great service so far.
