**** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! **** Horrible customer service and was lied to multiple times from Taunya saying she promised she would come and remove stain she didnt remove the first time. Four times i was promised she would come and i would waste my day waiting for her to come for her only to be a no show each time.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! To make a long story short...They showed up to my house to pick up the couch for repair of a spring. Unfortunatly for me it was raining out and they threw it in the back of thier pick up truck and said they were just taking it down the street right around the corner. 2 weeks go by I continue to call them as they kept missing thier set deliver date to have project completed. I ended up having to go and pick it up myself but when I arrive in the middle of December they have it stored in the garage of a residential home which held about 5 other couches there was hardly any room to even move anyways it reaked of SMOKE I said I was not paying for the work they completed as it was amature work and smelled like smoke they held the couch ransom for a few days till I decided I had no other choice other then to pay as we needed the furniture back for the holidays....Weeks later we bought new furniture and moved the smoke couch to our unfinnished basement ....Was not worth my time to take them to court or even write this post as I am almost too embarassed to admit I did business with them in the first place

This service came to my house as booked and did a great job. As I understand, they've had some problems in the past with Groupon and have decided to let go of that element. They are a small family owned business and I was happy with both the price and the job! Would recommend them.

I would give them a negative star if possible. Order through group buying site but they obviously are not good at dealing with customers, especially if there is a lot of orders. Booked them for 2 days before the moving date more than 2 months in advance. Had to call and email many times in order to confirm the appointment. Then some guys showed up the day of just to check the rooms that I wanted to clean BUT not to clean it. I wanted to confirm what time they will come and they said that they will come back later. Guess what they NEVER came back, probably because I only wanted to clean 3 rooms. They never called back that day either and I was unable to reach them. I subsequently left messages and e-mail and obviously they didn't respond to me. Be warned. For those interested, I end up paying extra to another company to get last minute cleaning done.

Bought the deal from livingsocial. Never pick up the phone. Need to leave message couple times for them to get back to me to book an appointment. Finally I was able to book an appointment. Two lady show up and measured the area, they said my area is within the deal limit I bought. Then they'll send the guys to come clean the carpet. Waited half a day and no one show up. Called them ten times, no one pick up or return my call. Absolutely ridiculous service if you even call that service. I want my money back.
