Story

No matter your level of experience, Spin Society is a community bound by its love of music, adrenaline and shared energy. We check our egos at the door and work together to achieve hard-earned breakthroughs. Once you’re saddled in, get ready for high intensity fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout using small hand weights, and choreography to tighten the abdominals. Advanced online booking is highly recommended. Drop-ins are welcomed (space-permitting). This is our Playground. You’re invited. The rest is up to you.

Super friendly staff/trainers. Classes are tough but motivating. I recommend using ear plugs as it gets pretty loud at times. Overall an amazing studio!
Did a spin class here after 3 years of no spin. Had a lot of fun! Energy of the class was great, the instructor was awesome. Very high energy and motivational! She pretty much rode with the class the whole time! Will I go back... not sure because I was dying during the workout. Maybe when I get more fit this will be perfect for me to do a couple times a month. If you love spin though... this is the place for you!

Friendly staff in North van. Great environment inside and out of the studio.I have never done a spin class before and decided to book off class pass. It was better than I expected and quite challenging. I loved the music and dark setting.

Great spin studio. Staff is super friendly. Only criticism is that you can’t leave testimonials for the instructors; so, Anil you are awesome, you inspire and challenge your riders, your messaging is powerful and leaves the riders feeling good about themselves and wanting to leave the studio and continue to be the best they can be and share the love and passion... thank you from the family of riders Caroline, Emerald, Arabella, and Ted.

Downtown and mount pleasant locations were a second home for us before the pandemic. This location is just as amazing - clean, beautiful studio with top notch bikes and instructors. Can’t wait till they open again
The most fun, inclusive spin I have ever done. Everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level and the low light level makes it easy to stop comparing yourself to others. It's intense, but even if you are super out of shape, this place can help you get in shape and if you're already there, you will still have a super intense workout. The different instructors have different styles, so find the ones that jive best with what you like or need!! There are tons of creature comforts here too. Clean towels waiting on the bikes, eucalyptus wet towels after and shower towels among other things.
Great spinning studio. I love the one in North Vancouver. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The classes are great and challenging. I would suggest to arrive a little early as parking can sometimes be challenging if you arrive last minute.
