I love coming here. Such an amazing workout! Plus you see results quite quickly. The studio is very bright and clean and very well equipped. Instructors are top notch. Love it.

Barre fitness is a great workout and incorporates a lot of dance elements which I love coming from a dance background. Makes you feel good and any fitness level would be able to follow along. They offer variations of each move to make you feel comfortable. I am definitely going to continue Barre.

A very refreshing look in the Fitness world. The teachers are well educated and the classes have a good flow with lots of knowledge shared. The exercises are fitness based with a great mixture of ballet positions, exercises. You'll get extremely tired by the end : As a former dancer I can highly recommend!

Barre is excellent at isolating muscles and toning them. It’s been great to feel the freedom to move my body without equipment or complicated instruction. The low impact nature of it feels good on the joints. Seeing results in muscle tone after just 1 month.
