At 9Round Lower Lonsdale, our aim is to bring the North Shore together while building a community of strong, empowered individuals. Check out our operating hours and come in when it works for you as we have NO set class times! We offer a fun, fast and highly effective kickboxing circuit where you can get a full body workout done in as little as 30 minutes. Best of all, our workout changes every single day, so you will never come in and do the same workout twice! Memberships with 9Round are absolutely unlimited and every workout includes our skilled personal trainers who will motivate and educate you every step of the way.
