Medical Mart Home Health Care Store

I've come to medical mart several times. I usually see Rae if she's there as she knows about what she's talking about. I've seen other employees there and they haven't seen to be as confident as Rae. Additionally, Rae has wonderful interpersonal/customer service skills. They have all the medical stuff you need and good pricing.

Rae was extremely helpful & patient. My mom & me were in looking at walking sticks, Rae adjusted my mom’s original walking stick & the new one she bought.Additionally, Rae was extremely diligent when it came to finding my mom the perfect knee supports. In fact, she got late going home helping us, while also managing cashing people out at cash. Would highly Rae if you want detailed help & service. Very pleasant lady!

For my medical needs I visit medical mart for more than a decade from the time it was at Dixie/Eglinton.at the Matheson location M/S RAE had been very helpful, mainly due to her positive approach towards the customers .very knowledgeable on products friendly and mostly she understands the customer needs her productivity is a asset to your organization . I wish her best of luck in her future endeavours

This place is awful. I went there 2 days in a row to buy a mobility scooter (a $3000 machine). The first day I went, I was rudely told that there is no one in the store that knows about the scooter. So, I went back the next day and spoke with the manager (James). He literally knew nothing. He couldn't even tell me if the price included batteries or not. He did let me test drive the scooter which was nice but that means nothing if you can't answer any questions. He then interrupted me and walked away from me saying he needs to help someone else like it was a nuisance spending time with someone who is about to spend thousands of dollars. First of all, how does nobody, including the manager, not know anything about one of the highest priced items in the store. Second of all, I dealt with two different people there and they were both extremely rude. The funny thing is I was ready to buy. They just lost a sale of over $3000 and they couldn't care less.

It may take you a bit of time to get someone on the phone but once you do, they are very eager to help you.
