Ordered the Space Robo Chicken combo which included a decent amount of chicken, and my side salad was a nice size portion. The garlic soy sauce was pretty good, and the chicken itself was perfectly done, although larger pieces would have been better. The service was fantastic - all the humans working there were really nice. The robot was a bit gimmicky, considering it just brought the food to the table, and had no other function. All in all a nice, casual experience. Would go back again.
I like this place. It’s a fun way to eat fried chicken. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. My food was delicious and the portion sizes were great value. Plus a robot brings food to the table legit
A fun way to have a great diner. Pleasant and friendly staff greet you and take your order and robots do the rest. Lots of stuff to see and the chicken is kicken. A taste of Korea in Calgary , very entertaining.
Ordered Signature box and rose rice cake. Taste was good and deeply impressed about the robot!! 100% recommend and will be back!!
New fried chicken place! Lots of space inside and very clean. Service was very fast and very helpful with choosing the sauces. Lots of choices for sauces on the chicken and for Tteok-bokki. We ordered the box but my gf and I couldn't finish it alone, the box is all boneless chicken. Next time I'll have to try the boneless chicken.
New Korean chicken spot with a pretty interesting gimmick that got me to try it out. The place has a cool vibe, and spacious with ample seating. The chicken is pretty tasty, good flaky crunch, sauce was good but didn't seem as hot/fresh as when you order from other k-chicken spots like wow, ogam or yum-yum. The robot was pretty funny to see but not sure if that's enough to keep people coming. Biggest drawback we found was the moment you enter you don't know what to do. Do you grab a table and wait or go up to the till? The staff didn't address us and just stared blankly. I went to the front and still had to wait for someone to finally say something even with 2 people standing there. This is a huge problem, we saw 3 couples literally enter and eventually leave as no one said anything to them. This is grand opening mind you. TLDR: Overall, chicken was dece and relatively quick but seemed not as hot. They will need to bring clarity to the ordering process in order to keep people in.
Delicious, consistent chicken without breaking the bank. Crunchy without being dry. Plate and drink cost $15 dollars with tip during their lunch special ends 4pm
Food was amazing. The amount of foodsuper delicious you are getting with that price is unbelievable. The place is very clean and spacious, also very entertaining with all the robots!
Pretty good place! However, the robots where it gets name from are sort of a gimmick. They're fun, but they don't make the service faster. The food was pretty good. Got the lunch special which I think is a killer deal. However, I am not knocking down a star because it took almost 20 minutes for one order of chicken with french fries. The chicken was crispy and flavorful and juicy and the fries had a coating on them. Sort of reminiscent of Costco fries which I really liked.
First thing to say is there was NO ROBOT WAITER. If you wanted to go for the gimmick of having food delivered to your table by a robot it wasn't happening when we were there! On September 1st. Ordered 30 piece with 3 different flavors. 10 salt & pepper, 10 honey garlic and 10 spicy just regular spicy hot not sweet & spicy. Out of the flavors the salt and pepper was best but it was literally just salt and pepper sprinkled onto the fried chicken. The honey garlic tasted like maybe sweet soy? The kind similar to what you get at wow chicken but we wanted honey garlic not sweet soy.There was no garlic bits or thick darker sauce you'd expect if you are used to honey garlic. The spicy was incredibly sweet and a little bit of heat. I dont know if its a miscommunication between the waitress and kitchen staff or she hit the wrong button but we picked the flavours we wanted off the menu and didn't get what we ordered. It was a huge let down when you hear that a robot brings you your food and instead we were brought our food by a person. I feel like we gave it a chance and it just fell flat right out of the gate and didn't deliver what was promised. Overall not what I thought it was going to be and a big disappointment.
