This is the best shaved ice place I've been to by far! Shaved ice is usually just water based with syrup added on top, but this one seems to serve milk-based shaved ice and then the syrup on top... The cup is beautifully and deliciously decorated, with an extra layer of toppers in the middle. A bit on the expensive side, but aren't all dessert places in the area like that?! Highly recommended.
Cute place for hang out. We tried the strawberries cheese and dalgonal mountain. I would say that the dalgonal mountain is more special and delicious. The price is reasonable. We also tried the croffle. It's ok. However, this place is quite crowded so sometimes there is no table for dine in
I love Snowcapz!!!! This was the first place I ever tried Korean shaved ice, and it got me hooked. I’m obsessed with it, and this place makes some of the best i’ve had in Calgary. Fun flavours, amazing staff, cute decor, it couldn’t get any better. Perfect dessert for anytime of day, season, or occasion. Love you snowcapz <3
Stopped by here to check out Snowcapz winter menu items. The spicy rice cake Tteokbokki makes a great winter snack. My favourite was the choco cruffin & Affogato Mountain! We also had a lot of fun doing the Dalgona challenge. These Dalgona cookies are available for bulk orders, perfect for get-together.
First time visiting Snow Capz in Victoria park location, and it won’t be the last! It was stinking hot out, and we really wanted to try the shaved ice at Korean day festival, but the machine was out of order at the time, so we decided to visit the storefront location. So glad we did! We had the BTS, green tea, and watermelon. They were all amazing!! I loved that it wasn’t SUPER sweet. Great service and a cute spot to take all the Instagram photos. Will become a regular spot for cold treats. Can’t wait to come back for a croffle!!
This place is amazing. Will certainly come Back! I tried the strawberry cheesecake Korean shaved ice and it was delicious. It’s light, and doesn’t hurt my stomach like traditional ice cream. It’s not overly sweet It’s just absolutely perfect
Had the mango cheesecake it was good overall but the mangoes were way too sour. I understand it's not possible to get fresh mangoes this time of the year but there's other places who serve amazing Mango Bingsu with sweet mangoes. Did not live up to the hype.
Y'all should really try the shaved ice from here! It tastes great without being too sweet, the customer service was also great. I would definitely come back to try the croffle next time I got the dalgona mountain and it's really yummy!
Amazing!! The staff are super great and friendly. We came in at a super busy time one of the staff told us our order would take +30min yet it came in max 20min! The location is great and accessible to transit. When we won the dalgona game, the prize was another free candy! They also taste pretty good ;D Might even come again! Thank you so much!!
I ordered the mango cheesecake bingsu yesterday and I have to admit I was disappointed. The flavour was good minus the mango however the mango was completely spoiled. The mango was so brown and mushy, it was obvious it had gone bad.
