Not sure what it is about the "Junkie" establishments but man, they are good people. I've used both Hair and Spa Junkie once each and was treated so well! At Spa, I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Of course, they did it perfectly. Not just that, but they're so sweet and go out of their way to be helpful. Even the girls at the front desk, obsessed. Definitely going back to both places soon!Service: Waxing

I booked an appointment on a Thursday evening for Tuesday late morning. Got to spa and was told my appointment had been cancelled. My information was never verified on the phone call, and I was never informed of the cancellation. I was even asked to come earlier to make sure there would be enough time for the services I was getting. Very frustrating when you have to pay for parking and take time to find out you don’t have an appointment you were looking forward to and having to wake up earlier for nothing. However, the person helping me that morning was very friendly, polite and apologetic and verified my information. Follow-up: I had a partial leg wax and facial. Hygiene practices were sub-par, initially started with correct practices then switched to double dipping the wax. Facial was relaxing but re-used wipes multiple times during different applications…. Disappointed to say the least.

I had the BEST facial experience with Linda at Spa Junkie. I've done many facials at other places but this one is worth mentioning! Linda was so professional, her technique and level of care was OUTSTANDING! I was so relaxed and enjoyed every minute. My face was glowing by the end. THANK YOU so much Linda for taking such great care of me - I didn't want it to end haha!! The salon is very clean and COVID cautious.
I have been a client with spa junkie for a few years and have seen many aestheticians. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all the staff members I have encountered. I got into a car accident on my way to an appointment and a member of the reception team went above and beyond to keep me calm when I called to let them know I wouldn’t make it. Amazing customer service, and they really do care about their customers. The team is professional, and ensures you are always comfortable. Thank you spa junkie team!!!
Came here to get my eyebrows done! They were cleaned and shaped very nicely and the space was so clean and comforting. Great service as well. Just be aware there's only waxing option for eyebrows no threading
I had a really nice expereince here. It's quiet and clean and relaxing and the prices are resonable. Jen did my treatments and did a really great job - she was gentle and precise and I love what she did. The front desk associate was also very lovely. I have already booked my next visit, thanks ladies!
