Redound Spa

I can't comment on how well Amanda does hair because I had the worst customer experience just trying to book an appointment that ended with Amanda stealing my Groupon even though I never once set foot in her salon. The day before my appointment she asked that I change it to convenience her. When I informed her that I had other appointments that day she suggested I change them all to help her and lead me to believe she would make sure I was late for them anyway. When I later contacted her to move the new appointment she quoted her 24 hour cancelation policy and said she would be charging me for the appointment anyway. When I asked that she make an exception because I had moved my day around to accommodate her, she reported me to Groupon, flagged the account which is a friends as this Groupon was a gift and redeemed the full amount. Based on this alone I wouldn't dream of letting her near my hair.

Unfortunately I wanted to like this place, but I didn't. I purchased a Groupon for this salon, which should have been an indication. While the staff was friendly more or less, the services were awful. My pedicure resembled one I could do at home. They didn't remove any of the callouses on my feet, which is the reason I go to get pedicures in the first place and my nail polish was poorly done and even parts of my actual toes were painted. My manicure was ok, but the one star review is due to the fact that she cut a chunk of my finger off with the cuticle remover and didn't apologize. I continued to bleed throughout the entire manicure and had to return the next day in order for them to paint just that finger nail. My hands were also done by separate employees, therefore my right hand looks different than my left hand, but the nail that bled left hand was done by the employee that did my right hand, so I have one finger on my left hand that looks different. Overall I will not be back to this spa and was upset that they actually made me pay for this shellac application.

I just had one of the worst massages ever there. No wonder they needed Groupon to bump up sales! When speaking to the "massage therapist", I was very clear about what I needed. She proceeded to ignore me and do her own thing. And to add literal insult to injury, she gave "suggestions" about my weight including telling me to skip meals the entire time. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning. I would suggest you avoid the place too.

I have started going to Redound spa for my skin as I have acne scares an redness of my cheeks. I have Fozia working with me to get my skin smoother and get rid of the redness. I have never like my skin but I am loving it now. I feel more self confident an I don't need to use green make up anymore to hide the redness. I am so lucky I found Redound spa. The service is wonderful, the staff are friendly and Fozia has given me new confidence and she really cares about my need to look better and feel better. And the prices are so good. My dermatologist wanted to charge me 1800.00 for Photo Facial six sessions and I paid 220.00 at Redound. Thank you so much from Eileen Masse via Cassandras computer

I had a great experience with Fozia. I had some scaring on my face from pimples over the years and wanted to clear them up. I used microdermabrasion 2 treatments and photo facial treatments 3. I had great results. Coupled with the dermalogica skin care line that is recommended, my skin became much less prone to breakouts as well. It has been almost a year since the treatments and the results have held up. I have neglected my routine a little bit, and have had a few breakouts but not like I used to, and my skin is less sensitive. I only tend to break out around my period which is normal. If you have dark spots on your skin, the photo facial will hurt, but the pain decreases as your dark areas lighten. I turned to topical treatments to avoid prescription acne medication from the doctor which they prescribed a little too readily. I would do some research and give it a try.

A great experience! I bought a deal off of Groupon and was not disappointed. I have tried out other Spas that offer similar services and this is the one that I would recommend and happily go back to. Fozia is amazing and will go above and beyond for you. The staff gets to know you as a person and even if they don't see you for awhile, when you come back it's like you never left. She took the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable so that the whole experience was both personal and professional. If you are debating between here and somewhere else, I recommend you go in to talk to them. They are very friendly and more than willing to accommodate your needs.

Rating is worst than poor! My wife has had three appointments cancelled in a row. Two times when she showed up for her appointment she was told that they didn't have a stylist so they could not do her hair. No phone call to advise that the appointment was to be cancelled. The other time we did get a call the morning of the appointment. This place is totally unprofessional I would not recommend it to anyone, in fact I suggest you stay away. I asked many times for the owner or manager call to explain and no call back

Don't get a massage here. The massage itself was actually great but the atmosphere ruined the experience for me. The massage room is in the basement where you go down dirty wooden steps to. Then the room isn't soundproof and I could hear children and people running up and down the wooden stairs the entire time! If it hadn't been a gift from a well-meaning person, I would have left.

I am really very happy from laser hair removal treatment that I had got from redound Spa. I am taking laser hair removal treatment still from there and the results are quite satisfactory. Thanks to Redound Spa, was well worth the money I spent.

Microdermabrasion helped me in true manner, if you too want to get rid of the problem of the Microdermabrasion then give chance to Redound Spa. I am saying it because of my experience I was having many spots and redness on my face so decided to take the treatment. After a few sessions I saw improvement on my face, my skin becomes so smooth and very much clean. I am grateful towards Redound Spa.
