Amazing service. I've had treatments facials here several times over the past few years and every time has been great. Very knowledgeable staff and great service every time. My go to for organic, natural products. One of my favourite places in Ottawa.

Just had my first and won't be the last experience working with Oresta and her shop on O'Connor.  I am a big fan of the Eminence product line, and my "usual" local spot no longer carries it.  Oresta was recommended to me, so I ordered my "go-to" facial moisturizer online.  When I popped in the other day to pick it up I got to meet Oresta quickly in person.  She was extremely friendly, and was very sweet to offer "...any samples or anything".  I stepped back in order to remove my mask and showed her some persistent redness not rosacea I've had in my cheeks lately.  She took as close of a look as possible given the COVID 6-ft distance, and hurried away to quickly grab a few samples to give a whirl. I am certain times are tough for small businesses, so to be so sweet, helpful and generous was very much appreciated. Thanks again Oresta!

Friendly, helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable of products and what to recommend. The space is bright, yet comforting. My favourite place for skin care... I only hope.to get there for some serious pampering before long.

I had a lovely Laurel Facial at Oresta. Amazing staff and products but I did have some trouble booking my facial had to call many times before I was able to reach someone.

I LOVE this place. Oresta herself is incredible and so knowledgeable. I recieve facials here and buy their products : Amazing service !
