Went to this location for the first time today for a pedicure and eye wax. If your looking for a small & very clean place for treatments look no further. The staff was professional and welcoming. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend.

The atmosphere of this spa is relaxing and cozy. A oasis close to down town central Ottawa. Options for vegan friendly products and health conscious choices for your beauty needs. Amazing eyelash technician and kind owner. Experienced service!

I've been going here for a little over a year, and the staff has consistently been very friendly and accommodating! I was very anxious when I first started, but the friendliness and conversations that struck up during sessions made it a wonderful experience, not to mention the wonderful service of the cafe in the level below. I absolutely did not feel like a stranger here.

I would not return to this location for any future spa treatments. The facial was incredibly basic for the price. The aesthetician also told me that I looked like a feminist and proceeded to make ignorant comments about the topic. I did not appreciate having my feminism questioned/ridiculed by a facialist who was clearly uneducated on the topic. So much for a relaxing spa day. Not feminist-friendly, not LGBTQ+ friendly.

I've been a loyal client of LYS Love Your Skin since they first opened. I've had all my laser treatments and could not be happier with my results. LYS offers so many services and their staff is so friendly and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

I got my eyebrows waxed and tweezed here for the first time yesterday and i really liked to result. The owner and her staff are really polite and friendly, I used to go to Visage at the Rideau center but ill be going here from now on and would fully recommend it.
