Been going here for a few years now ever since a Google search told me they do curly cuts. I've had my hair cut by Jessica and Alix and both were amazing. They really listen to what the client wants but aren't afraid to offer suggestions. And they set realistic expectations regarding color application. I have never been happier with my haircuts since going to BossArts. Alix has done highlights for me and now red hair, fantastic consultation and service. She is a treasure and makes you feel like an old friend even when you're a new customer. Bottomless drinks such as coffee, tea, or wine during your appointment. Even the girls who wash the hair and style the curls are attentive to water temperature, what products you like, etc. Great attention to client comfort.

I went in to see Tara for a haircut and was beyond pleased with the experience. Upon entering the salon I was greeted and offered a beverage before the appointment began. The staff were all pleasant and attentive. The salon is huge and nicely decorated. Once in the chair I discussed my ideas for the haircut with Tara. Admittedly, I am very particular about how I like my hair, but she listened to what I wanted, made some great suggestions for my hair. I didn't feel rushed at any point during the appointment, but I also felt that she was efficient without sacrificing the quality of her work. She checked in with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy with the results. I had also asked her for some tips on styling my new cut as I'm not super confident in my own hair styling abilities. As she styled my hair, she explained what she was doing and gave me some really helpful tips so I could recreate the look at home. I ended up with a cut I absolutely love! I felt and looked refreshed after leaving the salon. She was also very lovely to talk to. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I just had my first appointment with BossArts salon and want to share my experience with others. ++ If you want your nails look amazing, go to Ukrainian girls who work over there. They are truly professional! ++ Lovely atmosphere in the salon, a drink was offered and the staff was friendly. --- I put 3 stars to this salon because they still use soak off polish removing, which is long time outdated technique. It takes a long time to remove your shellac with cotton while you can quickly and safely remove it with a machine. If you have gel nails, they won't be able to remove it at all.Service: Manicure

I had a very bad experience with other salons and masters. My hairs was so poor and with no shapes till I come to this salon . Dmitriy gave me free consultation and advise me what to do with my hairs, he highlighted my hairs very professionally, did haircuts, hairstyles and treatment. He worked with my hairs all day. I must say I was so embarrassed with his professionalism. My hairs looks so gorgeous, I feel myself like Queen . The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon . I've gotten my hair done twice now at Bossarts and was very pleased with both experiences. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive to my needs. I was nervous about colouring my hair, but Tara provided her expertise in helping me pick a style and tone and I absolutely love what she did - I will definitely be back!

I had my first appointment yesterday with Tara, experienced a curly hair cut for the first time and I had such a great experience. They even offered me a glass of wine while my hair was drying. The owner designed his own hair washing chairs that are super comfy! I am looking forward to my seasonal appointments with Tara and I would 100% recommend Boss Arts to everyone I know.

Bossarts is an amazing salon. All the staff are welcoming and take very good care of you. I have been seeing Tara for a while now and she always does an amazing job. Went here for hair colour. From the moment I walked in, in staff were friendly and professional. Their coffee was delicious. Tatiana did hair colour for me, taking her time during the consult to find out exactly what I was looking for. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely be back.
